Create an account on vAMSYS
Register for an account by clicking here. You will need to enter your full name, an email address and create a unique and secure password. Afterwards, you wil automatically be redirected to our Pilot Dashboard.

Choose your hub
After registering an account and joining Emirates Virtual, you will be prompted to choose a hub.If you plan on mainly flying Emirates Passenger operations:
Choose OMDB / DXB as your hub. All scheduled passenger flights depart/arrive into Dubai International Airport.If you plan on mainly flying Emirates SkyCargo operations:
Choose OMDW / DWC as your hub. All Emirates SkyCargo flights depart/arrive into Al Maktoum International Airport.
Choose OMDB / DXB as your hub. All scheduled passenger flights depart/arrive into Dubai International Airport.If you plan on mainly flying Emirates SkyCargo operations:
Choose OMDW / DWC as your hub. All Emirates SkyCargo flights depart/arrive into Al Maktoum International Airport.
Choosing your hub is not a permanent decision - you can change it any time in the future!

Link your Navigraph account
When dispatching flights, we use Navigraph’s SimBrief to generate flight plans. This includes passenger information, weight information and more.On the Pilot Dashboard, access the “My vAMSYS Account” settings via the User dropdown top right of the page. You may be prompted to enter your password. Then use the sidebar to navigate to “Social, Online & 3rd Party” and connect your Navigraph account.

Download our ACARS software
On the left side of the page on the side bar, click on “Resources” and then click on “Pegasus ACARS”. Alternatively, you can also click here to be directed to the same page. Download the version corresponding to your operating system.
You may also have to install FSUIPC 7 depending on your simulator.

Book a Flight
On the left side of the page on the side bar, click on “Flight Center” and then “Book Flight Map”. From here, you will be directed to a globe view with all our destinations from your current location.Find the airport you want to fly to, click on the icon on the map and a small window will pop up. Here, you can see what all aircraft can fly to this airport, the estimated time and distance.Click “Book Flight” and choose which specific flight you want to fly. Afterwards, choose the aircraft type and registration and finally “Create Booking” by pressing the button at the bottom! You can optionally customize details about your flight before creating your booking.
